PHPSurveyor, now known as LimeSurvey is a leading Open Source online survey tool with over 35,000 users worldwide. It was initially developed and released under the GPL by Jason Cleeland in 2003, and now has an international development team maintaining and improving the software. Being the original creator of LimeSurvey, Aptigence specialises in installation, management and custom modification of LimeSurvey.
Aptigence has a wide range of experience in supporting LimeSurvey for clients, ranging from simple survey hosting, template development, to specific customisations such as the development of complex question types.
CaseTracker
CaseTracker is an online case management tool developed for the Community and Public Sector Union. It is now used by 3 branches. The software was developed and is maintained by Jason Cleeland.
ProjectTracker
ProjectTracker is a sister tool to CaseTracker designed for project management and developed specifically for the Community and Public Sector Union.
Comedy@Trades Ticketing System
Comedy@Trades is the largest independent performance venue for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, hosting over 100 separate comedy shows in its three years of operation (2006/2007/2008). Aptigence developed and manages an online ticketing tool for Comedy@Trades which has successfully handled an average of 20,000 ticket purchases per season. The system manages online payments, the issuing of tickets and front-of-house reporting and management (with incorporated Point Of Sale Box Office tool). It differs from other similar products through its integration of an artist administration tool which allows each of the multitude of seperate performers to login, view realtime ticket sales information and manage their own complimentary ticket allocations.
